1. Scope of Services This agreement governs the provision of professional digital services, including web hosting (Basic, Business, and Business Pro tiers), bespoke web design, and domain name registration. By engaging these services, you agree to the specific terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Domain Registration Policy All domain name registrations are final. Due to the immediate and irreversible costs associated with securing domain names through central registries, no refunds or cancellations can be issued once a domain purchase or renewal has been processed. Clients retain full ownership and transfer rights of their domains provided all administrative fees are settled.
3. Hosting Service & 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Hosting services are provided with a performance commitment. If you are not satisfied with the hosting environment, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 15 days of the initial purchase. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent renewals or instances where the account has been suspended due to violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Web Design and Development Design projects are executed based on agreed-upon milestones. Intellectual property rights for the visual design and frontend code transfer to the client upon receipt of final payment. Net Solution retains the right to display the completed work in professional portfolios unless a non-disclosure agreement is specifically requested.
5. Privacy and Data Protection We prioritize the security of your data.
- Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to provide services, such as contact details and billing information.
- Usage: Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used exclusively for account management, technical support, and legal compliance.

6. Acceptable Use Policy The service must not be used for any activity that compromises server integrity, including hosting malicious software, sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM), or hosting content that violates international intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to suspend any service that poses a threat to our infrastructure.
7. Billing and Renewals All recurring services are billed in advance. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a valid payment method is on file. Failure to renew hosting or domain services may result in permanent data loss or the release of the domain name to the public market.
8. Limitation of Liability While we maintain high-availability infrastructure, Net Solution is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or data, resulting from service interruptions or third-party hardware failures. Clients are encouraged to maintain independent backups of their critical data.
9. Modifications to Policy These terms are subject to periodic updates to reflect changes in technology or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
